MDI 8 – Fitness Boot Camp is a motivational outdoor boot camp fitness program designed to help you burn fat and build lean muscle mass. Program Overview
Our MDI 8 boot camp fitness program was developed to incorporate the time-tested processes of military style fitness in conjunction with accountability, commitment, and encouragement in local communities.
We train large groups of people in an outdoor setting where communities come together for a common cause: FITNESS. Our Motivational Drill Instructors (MDI’s) help each member improve their cardio respiratory system, muscle strength, muscle endurance, and flexibility that will impact your body composition. This is accomplished by performing circuit/interval type training throughout our curriculum.
Each workout will consist of a warm up, the workout of the day (WOD), and a cool down that will continuously build on each other through progression.
The program is designed to put as much structure in place for members to eliminate as much failure as possible when it comes to achieving optimal results. The MDI’s will motivated you to increase your heart rate into the 50% – 85% heart range to achieve desired fitness results while improving your VO2 max (maximal oxygen consumption).
MDI 8 “FIT”
Physical fitness can be very difficult to achieve on your own and that is where MDI 8 – Fitness Boot Camp comes in. Our four-week (12 workouts), six-week (18 workouts), and eight-week (24 workouts) packages we offer incorporate the F.I.T.T. concept (Frequency, Intensity, Time, and Type) to help you achieve your fitness goals. Through our High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), each member will develop power, strength, speed, endurance, flexibility, and coordination throughout the program to improve your everyday life. Regardless if you are in the initial conditioning phase (beginner), progression phase (intermediate), or maintenance phases (advanced), our Motivational Drill Instructors can get you FIT!
