MDI8 Fitness is a Lifestyle of Success

MDI8 Fitness is a motivational outdoor fitness boot camp program developed by former Marine Corps Drill Instructor and combat Veteran Michael Nichols. After serving 12 years in the Marines, he converted his experience, knowledge, and know-how into the fitness industry developing and launching our 8-Week Fitness Program in the 4S Ranch community of San Diego CA in 2011. 

The program was developed to help members burn fat and build lean muscle mass through three high intensity, functional fitness, body-weight resistant workouts per week. We believe this approach to fitness is sustainable for a LIFESTYLE – a Lifestyle of Success! We encourage you to join us week-after-week, month-after-month, and year-after-year so you can live a better life. 

Program Overview

Our MDI8 Fitness Boot Camp Program was developed to incorporate the time-tested processes of military style fitness in conjunction with accountability, commitment, and encouragement in local communities.  We understand that everyone is different and the definition of healthy/fit varies from person to person. Helping you reach “your” goals is our focus and commitment here at MDI8 Fitness.

We train large groups of people in an outdoor setting where communities come together for a common cause: Fitness.  Our instructors help each member improve their cardiovascular system, muscle strength, muscle endurance, and flexibility in order to impact their body composition.  This is accomplished by performing circuit interval type training throughout our curriculum.

We will put as much structure in place for members to eliminate as much failure as possible in order to achieve optimal results.  All they have to do is show up and we will take care of the rest.

MDI8 “FIT”

Physical fitness can be very difficult to achieve on your own and that is where MDI 8 Fitness comes in.. We incorporate the F.I.T.T. concept (Frequency, Intensity, Time, and Type) to help you achieve your fitness goals. Through our High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), each member will develop power, strength, speed, endurance, flexibility, and coordination throughout the program.  Regardless if you are in the initial conditioning phase (beginner), progression phase (intermediate), or maintenance phases (advanced), our instructors can help get you FIT and/or FITTER!

Sustainable Competitive Advantage

Our program is built upon real boot camp experience, knowledge, and know-how for individuals to achieve optimal results. That is why we offer training three days a week, so you do not get burned out in the process.

Training five or six days a week could help you achieve quicker results, but it is not sustainable as a lifestyle for most people. The same methods of training in the United States Military have been built into our workouts in order for you to get RapidFIRE results. Regardless of your fitness level, you can now have access to these methods through MDI8 Fitness.

On Demand Workouts

We have a lot of fun here in California, working out to blue skies, perfect temperatures, and beautiful sunshine. We recognize that not everyone can be here to experience the California dream. That is why MDI 8 Fitness created our On Demand Workouts portal. Now you can experience MDI 8 through the power of video.
