Question 1: Do I have to be in shape to join MDI 8 – Fitness Boot Camp?
No! Regardless of your fitness level, you are welcome to join us at anytime. Regardless if you are an elite athlete or completely de-conditioned, our instructors will challenge you at your fitness level.
Question 2: Do MDI 8 instructors get in your face and yell at you like in military boot camp?
Not at ALL! Our Motivational Drill Instructors “motivate” and “empower” members to achieve their fitness goals in a structured, vibrant atmosphere.
Question 3: Are my kids allowed to come with me to the park?
Absolutely. Our entire program is designed to impact local communities by bringing them together. Parents get to workout while their kids get to play and have fun. Priceless!
Question 4: How long is MDI 8 – Fitness Boot Camp?
We run a continuous eight-week training curriculum throughout the year where we train three (3) days a week (at a minimum) for one (1) hour at a time. You can sign up for a 4-weeks (12 workouts), 6-weeks (18 workouts), or 8-weeks (24 workouts) and start training at anytime.
Question 5: When can I start?
NOW! We allow members to sign up at anytime and jump right into the next class. We just ask that you show up about 15 minutes earlier on your first day so you can meet the instructor(s) and become acclimated.
Question 6: What if I can’t do specific exercises or make it through the workout?
Modify accordantly. We encourage all of our members by saying “don’t let what you can’t do stop you from what you can do”. Basically, just keep showing up and change will happen.
Question 7: What if I sign up for 4, 6, or 8 weeks and can’t make it to some of the workouts?
It’s okay. When you sign up, your paying for the number of workouts (12, 18, or 24) so if you have to miss a day or two, its no big deal. Just keep the instructor(s) abreast so he can properly account for your sessions.
