Sustainable Competitive Advantage
Our sustainable competitive advantage or “our difference” here at MDI 8 – Fitness Boot Camp is that our program is built upon real boot camp experience, knowledge, and know-how when it comes to training individuals to achieve optimal results. That is why we offer training three days a week, so you do not get burned out in the process.
Yes, if you train five or six days a week you could achive quicker results or gradification but it is not sustainable as a lifestyle. The same methods of training men and women in The United States Military have been built into our workouts so that every member and community, regardless of your fitness level, can now have access to them through MDI 8 – Fitness Boot Camp.
Structure, Accountability, and Teamwork
As part of an MDI 8 team, individuals will be placed in squads within the platoon. Depending on someone’s fitness level will determine what squad (1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th) someone is placed in so they can perform and progress with members around the same fitness level. Those squads will start to develop teamwork and camaraderie that will encourage each member to show up and workout.
You and your fellow squad members will also start to compete against other squads to make working out that much better. This will motivate you to push yourself, realize your potential, and reach your goals. Instructors and team members will help hold everyone accountable to achieve fitness results through structure, accountability, and teamwork!
The Great Outdoors
The MDI 8 – Fitness Boot Camp is community focused that trains outdoors whenever possible. We utilize local parks and recreation centers to meet and exercise together, which gives our instructors, members, and their families the opportunity to break away from the demands of life and get fit outdoors.
MDI 8 is Committed, Not Inspired. If you can commit to four-weeks (12 workouts), six-weeks (18 workouts), or eight-weeks (24 workouts) part of our program, we will inspire you to achieve your desired results.
